Our state-of-the-art bronchoscopy lab is fitted with specialized equipment, including small fiber optic scopes for small children as well as older ones. CHAM's airway management program is the only one of its kind in the northeastern United States. Treatment of a pediatric airway disorder is often complex. Our multidisciplinary Airway Team of physicians and other health professionals has a national reputation for treating complex airway conditions arising in the neonatal period and later during childhood. We use many sophisticated techniques and technology to assess airway function, including bronchoscopy, state-of-the-art imaging techniques, pulmonary function tests, and sleep studies. Each child is evaluated individually by all team members, to establish optimal management and follow-up through full recovery. 

At CHAM, we focus on our patients first (from newborns through young adults), but we know that respiratory conditions can be a quality-of-life issue for parents and other caregivers as well.
