The 5th Annual Montefiore Candy Exchange for Children with Diabetes will take place on Wednesday November 1, 2017 from 3:30pm-6pm in the Grand Hall.
The event is a fun and educational open-house for children living with diabetes and their families, to come “exchange” their Halloween candy for a toy or gift card.
Everyone is encouraged to come in costume to celebrate Halloween one last time!
The entire diabetes inter-disciplinary team will be there, along with diabetes technology and medication vendors, to help patients learn about living a healthy life with diabetes
There will be a photo booth, caricaturist and other fun activities as well!
